The Farmer’s Almanac says we are going to have a cold, wet winter. Hard to be confident in that forecast with the middle of October weather still hitting the 90′s! It is bound to change eventually….make sure you check your wiper blades…now! Those blades have been sitting in the hot sun all summer long…drying out and cracking. That first rain will leave you squinting and trying to see between the smears. Drive into our service drive and we will install some while you wait.

Thank you Winters! We did 187 test drives at the recently completed Drive One 4 UR School project. That translates into $3740 for the athletic department! It always amazes us that such a small school brings out so many boosters. We greatly enjoyed working with the Winters High kids and look forward to trying it again!

Another Drive One project

The fabulous new Ford Escape is set to debut in the summer. The new body style is really sharp….especially compared to the current model. One feature that we really liked….if you have the keys in your pocket and an armload of groceries…merely pass your foot under the rear bumper and the liftgate will automatically pop up! Golden Rule Award!
On Saturday March 3, the Golden Hills Mustang Club will receive the Golden Rule Award from Eagle One. The public is invited to 1760 N Lincoln in Dixon from 10 AM until 2 PM for a Mustang display and a BBQ. The Golden Rule Award is given to the car club that gives back the most to their community. Golden Hills shipped 75+ pounds of toiletries, food, and neccesities to our troops overseas each month in 2011. What a great project. We are proud to sponsor the Golden Hills Mustang Club.
